Ordering
- Time Lapse Supply (TLS) takes orders by phone Monday through
Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pacific Time. TLS can be reached by phone
at +1 415.380.9099 or toll-free at 888.590.9923.
- Orders can be faxed to +1 415.380.9088 anytime. Faxed
orders will be processed in the first available business day.
- TLS has a $20.00 USD minimum (before shipping) for
each international order. A $5.00 USD processing fee will be applied to each order that falls below the $20.00 USD minimum.

Payment Options
- Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover,
American Express)
- Wire Transfer: Contact TLS to set up transfer. Please
note that a $25 USD fee will be applied to wire transfers on orders under $1000 USD.
This fee is from our bank on all wire transfers, but TLS will absorb the fee for
orders greater that $1000 USD.
Shipping
- Time Lapse Supply primarily uses United
Parcel Service (UPS) for shipping.
- TLS can use FedEx for shipping if the customer supplies their own
FedEx account number.
- International orders will be shipped when
wire transfer payment has been received in full or credit card payment is approved.
Returns
- All returns require an RA#. Returns will not be processed without one.
- Requests for an RA must be submitted within 30 days for parts and equipment of the invoice date.
- Once an RA has been assigned, part (s) and/or equipment must be received within 30 days of RA# issue date.
- Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be in resalable condition.
